Ali Elhorr received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law and his entire legal career has focused exclusively on immigration law. Prior to joining the Dunn Law Firm, he spent several years working as an immigration attorney for one of the largest immigration law firms in the world. Ali also interned previously with the Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). His extensive experience includes filing a broad range of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions. His primary focus at the Dunn Law Firm is handling nonimmigrants visas (E, H, K, L, O, P and TN) and green card applications under EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability), EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers), and EB-2 (PERM/Advanced Degree Professionals and National Interest Waivers) for universities, companies, scientists, researchers, professors, physicians, athletes, and artists along with any other extraordinary individuals needing immigration counsel. He also files citizenship applications and represents families needing assistance with green card applications.
